Remembering the magical moments around the dinner table with grandma’s cooking in Primo Tapia, Baja California; Nicolas and Agapo made a go for the Mexican dream and with much dedication and passion opened the doors to Splash in 2009.

Pouring their heart and soul into every dish, Agapo was in charge of the kitchen while Nicolas worked the drinks and welcomed hungry visitors. They hung up the apron every day with a smile on their face that nothing could erase, knowing that they had just made somebody’s day that much brighter by welcoming them as if they were in their own home and not only offering them a meal but making them part of the family.

In the traditional Baja California spirit where you welcome everybody into your home; they created an ample menu with dishes to satisfy all appetites. Even today, you can make a special request and Agapo will make sure that you won’t leave without having your taste buds satisfied.

Good food, live music, great drinks, and above all a great atmosphere wouldn’t be possible without a stellar team of managers, cooks, waiters and bartenders solely focused on delivering excellent customer service.
